Sobagura
The name Sobagura means "buckwheat granary" in Japanese. Normally, soba (buckwheat) shochu is made from 30% of buckwheat and other ingredient, but the ratio of Sobagura is 67%. Using plenty of the best parts of polished buckwheat is the key point for full buckwheat flavor without bitterness. Sobagura is aged for over 3+ years, giving it a mild taste. All natural ingredients. No additives.
Tasting Notes: Rich aroma of buckwheat. Earthy aroma and slight mellow nose of grain and hay. Strong start and smooth mouthfeel.
Serving Recommendation: On the rocks, with soda water, with water, straight, cocktail arrangement
