From the town of Hakushu, where some of the best quality water comes from in Japan, this is a Junmai Daiginjo Tobin Gakoi sake which is brewed using the underground water flowing from Minami-Alps' Mt. Kaikoma.
The sake-brewing suitable rice is finely polished to 37% and is pressed without pressure. Please enjoy the essence of sake called "Dripped Sake", which is carefully made with the drops that dripped naturally from the sake bag.
