Product Description
This ginjo-shu is made by bottling sake that drips naturally without pressure, aging it slowly at a low temperature under ideal conditions, and shipping it only when Kikuhime deems it "good enough".
Sake description
The sweet aroma, reminiscent of melon or banana, and the savory flavor, reminiscent of caramel or brown sugar, are in perfect harmony.
It is a sake with a fine, mellow flavor that can only come from careful production and sufficient aging.
