Brewery
Yaegaki traces its roots to a sake brewery founded in 1666 in the present-day city of Himeji, Hyogo prefecture Japan. Yaegaki is also a pioneer in overseas sake brewing, producing quality sake in its US brewery in Vernon, California.
Product Description
Taiho Junmai Sake represents the top of Yaegaki domestic sake line. A dry, medium-bodied sake with crisp acidity, it pairs well with both Asian and Western foods. Enjoy it at any temperature.
