Homare Junmai Diginjo Black Label won the IWC 2015 Champion sake out of 876 entries from all over the world and received the title of No. 1 sake in the world. Intense aromatic style. Refreshing mango, jack fruit, tropical, cassis. Soft round integrated sake, well-balanced sugar. It goes well with sashimi tuna, sea urchin, and pink shrimp. The best serving temperature is 12-15℃ (54-59℉)

Junmai Daiginjo-shu is made from luxuriously polished Banshu Yamadanishiki rice up to 39% and brewed with Kitakata Meisui, water from the Mt. (In a luxury paulownia box).
The aroma is gorgeous and fresh, reminiscent of fruit. It is dry but has a fresh, clean sweetness that spreads on the palate with a crisp, elegant taste.
