Coedo Brewery
COEDO BREWERY was founded in 1996 in Kawagoe, Japan. In Japanese COEDO (pronounced co-eh-doe) literally means “Little Tokyo”, after the old name for Tokyo, “Edo”. COEDO is the nickname for Kawagoe (ka-wa-go-eh), a city in Saitama Prefecture Japan, located in the Greater Tokyo Area. Since before modern Tokyo, Kawagoe has been influencing Japanese culture through its fashion, art, and agriculture.
Coedo Shiro
An elegant wheat that yields ripe banana notes with a hint of clove, rich yet light-bodied with a smooth beer beautiful finish.
