Established in 1912, We value the spirit of making shochu. Shochu making is a collaboration between nature and people. The brewers feel the conditions such as sweet potatoes, KOJI, and the weather of the day directly on their skin, and are seriously concentrating on shochu while interacting. Garappa Japanese Gin
The base spirit of "GARAPPA-#01CRAFT GIN- is Japanese "Honkaku Shochu" (Honkaku means authentic), "Kagoshima" is known to be SHOCHU Kingdom, five types of carefully selected botanicals are individually distilled with utilization of the shochu manufacturing technology of Yamamoto Shuzo. This craft gin was originated by blending the scent of the materials exquisitely so that you may feel the tradition, nature, uniqueness, and charm of Japan,
