Aizu Homare Brewery

Homare Sake Brewery was established in Fukushima prefecture in 1918. The brewery is situated at the foot of Iide Mountain, which is worshipped as a god, and it benefits from the incredibly soft and fine water. Additionally, the Aizu district is renowned for sourcing the finest rice. "Homare" means well-known, honor or renown in Japanese. The founder, Kosaku Karahashi named our brewery with his wish that his brewery would become the honored sake brewery in the Aizu district.

Product Description

This is a Junmai Daiginjo made by carefully fermenting 50% polished Gohyakumangoku rice at a low temperature. To preserve its freshness, it is single-pasteurized and stored at -5°C (32°F) in ice-cold storage.
