Honke Matsuura Shuzojo Brewery
Established in Tokushima-prefecture 1804, this is the oldest and longest running brewery in the prefecture. The origin of the brand name comes from the sea bream of the Naruto strait, who swim hard against strong currents.
Narutotai Tomoe Daiginjo
Gorgeous sweet fruity aroma of peach, pineapple with refreshing aroma of white flowers. Round and smooth mouthfeel, fruity taste of ripe banana, melon, and mango, with a quick finish. Made with Tokushima prefecture original sake rice Awaichiba Yamadanishiki milled 48 % to brew and slowly fermented it at low temperature.
